IMC “Arts Spark” Launch Party

MALTA – Interactive Media Consulting, LLC, of Saratoga Springs is launching a new online business platform for artists.

Arts Spark is a platform for creative types to manage their music and art. Artists and creative freelancers will find marketing information, communities to share information and best practices, articles on a variety of topics, and easy-to-use, affordable website and e-commerce solutions.

At the launch and networking party on July 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Creative Corks in Malta (1107 Ellsworth Boulevard), IMC will offer demonstrations of Arts Spark and show artists how to use other technology tools that may be helpful to them, such as Facebook Live and Periscope. A Skype feed will bring in live music from Dallas-based guitarist Pete Weise.

Arts Spark solves a problem identified in the 2014 report issued by the Capital Region Creative Economy Project, which highlighted the need for access to business support services for creative entrepreneurs and freelancers. For more information, visit Arts-Spark.com.
