CALL FOR ARTISTS: Saratoga Arts Working with Local Business Partner
A Local Business Partner is Seeking Original Artwork for their Collection
The Saratoga Schenectady Endoscopy Center is committed to supporting local artists from the greater Capital Region and has asked for Saratoga Arts’ help in acquiring about forty, 2-D works of art for their brand new, state of the art medical center in Burnt Hills, New York. Saratoga Arts invites artists to submit their artwork for consideration!
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
The deadline to submit artwork for consideration is September 3, 2017.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
Artists residing in Saratoga County and the eight surrounding counties (Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Montgomery, Fulton, Hamilton, Warren, and Washington counties) are encouraged to apply.
DIGITAL SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Artists are able to submit up to 3 pieces for consideration
- All submissions MUST be made online. Please use the link below.
- Please fill out the submission form completely and follow the appropriate steps to submit artwork files. Artwork images should be resized to 300 dpi, max length 1500 pixels. Images outside of these resolutions and incomplete entries will not be reviewed. No exceptions.
ARTIST NOTIFICATIONS
Artists whose work has been chosen by the purchaser will be notified by phone/email the week of September 11, 2017.
DELIVERY OF SELECTED ARTWORK
Selected artwork must be delivered to Saratoga Arts in person on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, September 18 – 20 between 9am and 5pm. Saratoga Arts is unable to receive artwork shipments. Artwork will be delivered to the collector and installed by Saratoga Arts staff members.
