Cartoonist John McPherson to share tips at Arts Sparks talk, book signing

“Arts Spark, an online business and community portal for artists, will host a talk with John McPherson, a local resident and syndicated cartoonist and creator of “Close To Home.”

“The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Dee Sarno Theater at Saratoga Arts, 320 Broadway in Saratoga Springs.”
